Kolkata: GATE 2025 marksheet is expected to be announced on March 19, 2025, along with qualifying cut-offs, the exam conducting body will release the category-wise cut-off marks. These cut-offs determine eligibility for postgraduate admissions such as: ME, MTech, PhD and public sector job opportunities.

GATE cut-off is determined based on several factors, like available seats, total number of candidates who appeared for the exam and difficulty level of GATE 2025 exam.
OBC candidates receive a relaxation of 10% in cut-off scores compared to the general category. For example, if the general cutoff is 32 out of 100, the OBC cutoff would be 28.8.
IISc will declare Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 qualifying cut-offs for OBC candidates along with GATE 2025 result. Only those who score above the minimum cut-off will be considered for admissions or recruitment.
